We connect homeowners with local contractors who provide foundation repair, inspections, and related services in Owasso and throughout the surrounding communities in Rogers County. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, call us — we'll let you know.
Owasso sits just north of Tulsa in Rogers County, a former agricultural town along the old Midland Valley Railroad that has become one of the Tulsa metro's fastest-growing suburbs since the 1990s, drawing families for its schools and its position along the Highway 169 corridor. The overwhelming majority of Owasso's housing stock is newer slab-built construction from the 1990s onward, with large subdivisions continuing to fill in agricultural land on the city's northern and eastern edges. The local economy is largely a bedroom-community extension of Tulsa, with a growing retail and healthcare corridor of its own along the Highway 169/96th Street junction. Rogers County shares the same eastern-Oklahoma clay soil and shrink-swell pattern as Tulsa, but Owasso's newer housing stock means most of the city hasn't yet reached the 25-30 year mark where original foundation systems typically start showing real wear — service calls here more often trace back to drainage and grading issues from rapid, large-tract development than from foundation age itself, particularly in subdivisions built on land that wasn't perfectly flat to begin with.

About Our Service Area
Our goal is to be the foundation repair referral service that Eastern Oklahoma homeowners can call first and trust to give them an honest assessment. We don't do high-pressure sales. We don't push repairs you don't need. The contractors we connect you with look at your foundation, tell you what they see, and give you options.
